HOUSTON – Transwestern announces its national Healthcare Capital Markets team recently represented the sellers of two medical outpatient properties on the East Coast. The transactions were led by Transwestern’s Steve Leathers, Rachel Glass, Brooks Creech, and Seth Gilford.

  • Commons V, located at 800 Goodlette Road N., in Naples, Florida, was sold to a healthcare-focused investor partnered with an institutional fund manager 45 days after contract signing. The 61,359 square-foot, three-story medical outpatient building is 98% leased. Strategically positioned adjacent to a cluster of clinical medical practices and near Naples Comprehensive Healthcare’s Baker Hospital, the property offers the provider tenants abundant parking and convenient access to one of the best healthcare demographic markets in the country.

  • Merrimack Medical Center at 62 Brown Street on the Holy Family Hospital campus in Haverhill, Massachusetts, is a 59,601-square-foot, five-story outpatient medical building that is 90% leased. Tenants benefit from an on-campus location with an enclosed walkway to the hospital, connectivity to surrounding residential communities in the Boston MSA, and garage parking.
