Acquisition represents Stockdale Capital’s first East Coast transaction as the firm broadens its national portfolio
LOS ANGELES – September 24, 2025 – Stockdale Capital Partners (“Stockdale”), a Los Angeles-based, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, announced it acquired the Willow Oaks medical campus in Fairfax, Virginia, a close-in suburb of Washington, D.C, on September 18, 2025.

Willow Oaks is a 401,000 square-foot, two-building medical campus adjacent to the Inova headquarters and Hospital. The campus offers highly unique medical space, featuring tech-forward, amenity-rich, creative environments and serving as home to more than 20 tenants.

Stockdale plans to continue leasing to healthcare providers at these properties, ultimately converting the two buildings to a medical campus, serving the Inova Fairfax medical market.
