Birmingham, Ala. – Sanders Capital Partners, LLC, a Birmingham-based real estate acquisition and development firm, has announced the acquisition of the AMA Medical Office Building located at 304 Teaco Road in Kennett, Missouri, for $3.5 million. The building is secured by a new long-term lease with American Medical Administrators, Inc. (AMA).
The multi-specialty medical center operates five separate suites, offering services including primary care, interventional pain management, a fully equipped laboratory, a radiology suite, and a specialty suite for procedures such as vascular and interventional treatments.
AMA, headquartered in St. Louis, is an integrated healthcare conglomerate operating 29 clinics, pharmacies, and labs across the U.S.
