Expansion and investment will bring world-class care closer to home for more patients
Old Bridge, NJ – September 23, 2025 – RWJBarnabas Health officially marked the opening of RWJBarnabas Health at Old Bridge with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for this brand-new, multi-specialty ambulatory care facility, set to open its doors on September 29.

The investment in Old Bridge is part of a larger, systemwide strategy to expand access to high-quality, coordinated outpatient care in a centralized setting.

Residents from Old Bridge and surrounding communities have access to multi-specialty services in a 72,000 square-foot, 3-story building, staffed with providers from RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group, Rutgers Health, and Family First Urgent Care:

Additional services launching in the near future will include JAG Physical Therapy, The Matthew J. Morahan III Health Assessment Center for Athletes, LabCorp, advanced imaging services provided by New Jersey Imaging Center (NJIN), Oncology/Hematology & Infusion, with Rutgers Cancer Institute, New Jersey’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, Rheumatology, and Sports Medicine.

RWJBarnabas Health opened a new 15-story Ambulatory Medical Pavilion on the RWJUH campus in New Brunswick earlier this year and has plans to open additional ambulatory care centers in other parts of the state.
RWJBarnabas Health at Old Bridge is located at 1980 Route 9 on the southbound side.
