Managing Directors Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare closed the transaction. The property was purchased by a leading owner of senior housing.
Tallahassee-based SRI Management has done an excellent job operating the community. SRI will remain in place as the operator under the new ownership.
