Jacksonville, Fla.— Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Class A, 100% leased medical outpatient building (MOB) and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Jacksonville, Florida.
Built in 2007, the building — known as Bowden Eye Center — is about 15,000-square-feet and located at 7205 Bentley Road. The facility includes a combination of clinical office space and outpatient surgical suites, and is anchored by Bowden Eye & Associates.
Bowden Eye & Associates offers a multitude of quality services typically found at major medical centers and is the only state-of-the-art surgery center in North Florida solely dedicated to ophthalmic surgeries.
Strategically located near the intersection of Philips Highway (US 1) and J. Turner Butler Boulevard at I-95 Exit 344, the property is less than two miles from Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital and 4.5 miles from the 454-bed HCA Florida Memorial Hospital.
