The 30-year veteran joins as Senior Vice President specializing in tenant representation
Atlanta, GA – Global real estate advisor Avison Young has hired Ted Schwartz as Senior Vice President in the firm’s Atlanta office. Schwartz specializes in office and healthcare tenant representation with over 30 years of experience in the metro Atlanta market.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Schwartz held leadership positions at Carter Hill Advisors, Joel & Granot and Ackerman & Co. Beyond his professional endeavors, Schwartz has been a member of SIOR member since 2018, was the Silver Phoenix recipient of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and currently serves on the Board of SIOR’s Georgia Chapter.
