The transaction closed on August 7.
Managing Directors Dave Fasano, Ross Sanders, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers of Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare were thrilled to close the transaction on behalf of Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ryan was the owner and developer of this community. The community will continue to be operated by Grand Living under its new owner.
Grand Living at Indian Creek is located in thriving Cedar Rapids, a city known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, strong healthcare infrastructure, and family-friendly environment. The property, built in 2017, benefits from its proximity to major roadways, retail centers, and local attractions.
