PENSACOLA, FLA. – Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (Catalyst), a leading national healthspan real estate development and investment firm, is excited to announce that PAM Health will be joining The Henderson Health Center, occupying the third and fourth floors to provide inpatient rehabilitation care to the Pensacola community and surrounding areas.
Located on the new Baptist Hospital campus, the 46,186 square-foot rehabilitation hospital will be PAM Health’s ninth location in the state of Florida. Catalyst and PAM Health have a longstanding programmatic partnership, having successfully completed more than seven inpatient rehabilitation hospitals nationwide.

Construction is underway for PAM Health’s inpatient rehabilitation hospital, which will be fully leased and operated by PAM Health. The facility will receive referrals from hospitals across the region and will offer a full spectrum of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
This new addition underscores the commitment of Catalyst, PAM Health, and Baptist Health Care to expanding access to advanced, patient-focused healthcare services in the Gulf Coast region.
