COLUMBIA, S.C. — Flagship Healthcare Properties (Flagship), an outpatient healthcare real estate firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Class A, 100% leased multispecialty ambulatory surgery center (ASC) located at 109 Blarney Drive in Columbia, South Carolina.
Built in 2000, the 20,131-square-foot freestanding facility features five operating rooms, modern infrastructure, and state-of-the-art technology. The high-volume facility is home to more than 20 surgeons. Strategically positioned off Two Notch Road (US 1) at I-77 Exit 17, the property is situated less than three miles from MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Northeast hospital, enhancing its connectivity to regional healthcare services.
