JULY 9, 2025 – Chattanooga, TENN. – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services group has been retained to lease Jarnigan Medical Center, a 50,186-square-foot medical office building at 7268 Jarnigan Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Transwestern Director Tad Wood will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owner.
