Everest U.S. Medical Office Portfolio

Newmark’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets & Investment Banking Team is pleased to announce the sale of the first tranche of the 10 property Everest U.S. MOB Portfolio.
The Build-to-Suit MOB tranche totals nearly 200,000 square feet Of MOBs, which were purpose-built for the region-leading healthcare provider in each market. The properties were developed by Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, one Of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate developers. Since delivery to market, many of the properties share a common story Of high patient volumes, health system expansion, credit enhancements, and lease extensions and renewals.
The portfolio, which traded hands for $67m, was comprised of 4 MOBs located in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, and South Carolina, totals about 200,000 square feet. Overall occupancy was 95%, of which 92% was health system occupancy, including Novant, Asension, Bon Secours and Lifepoint Health, with an average remaining lease term of 7.5 years.
