$11 MILLION FINANCING

The Newmark U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team has advised on the placement of an $11 million loan for 1945 W. Wilson Avenue, a 64,000 square foot outpatient facility and structured parking garage. The asset is located in the heart of the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago and is home to a leading clinical roster of tenants across a diverse specialty mix. Newmark advised the borrower, Boston-based MLL Capital, and placed the financing through a regional bank lender.
