The Offering
We request that investors submit their offers electronically to JLL no later than the close of business on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
You may send your offer via email to the deal team. The selection of a buyer will be made on a combination of the following criteria. Please ensure your offer incorporates these items:
1. The purchase price for the properties
2. The source of investor’s equity
3. Terms of investor financing, if applicable
4. The amount of proposed earnest money deposit
5. Proposed due diligence period and closing period
6. A list of any committee approvals required to close the transaction
