About the Deal
Fostered by Gail Bowden and Mark Bower from SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota, the space is a combination of existing move in ready space and a complete build out for the clinical research center. The tenant has taken immediate occupancy, the space they were exiting sustained flooding damage due to recent hurricane activity. It accelerated their original timeline for relocating and the property owner and management were able to accommodate. This new project sets a high level of occupancy at Blake Park with this new anchor tenant.
