The Newmark Healthcare Capital Markets team has advised Cypress West Partners in joint venture with TPG Angelo Gordon on a strategic medical outpatient portfolio financing. The portfolio consists of six Class A medical outpatient facilities totaling 269,000 square feet located in high-growth submarkets within top-IO MSAs. The financing was provided by Capital One Bank, N.A. and features a future acquisition credit facility for continued growth.
