RI Bio, Southeastern New England’s life sciences trade group, announced the appointment of Andrew Galvin, Senior Vice President of CBRE, Inc., to its board of directors at its June meeting. Mr. Galvin has been with CBRE, Inc. for over 15 years, concentrating on office leasing and office investment sales. He is currently focused on several office leasing assignments in both Providence and suburban Rhode Island, representing both tenants and landlords.
“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew to our team,” said Glenn Robertelli, Executive Director of RI Bio. “His exceptional perspective on the life sciences real estate landscape in Rhode Island and region will be invaluable. Andrew’s extensive knowledge and insights will greatly enhance our efforts as we collaborate with the RI Life Sciences Hub, RI Bio members and other partners to expand the ecosystem.”
With two decades of real estate experience in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, Mr. Galvin has a history of successful transactions, helping companies grow and thrive. He has represented clients such as Brown University and Wexford Science & Technology, LLC. He is uniquely suited to assist the organization.

Mr. Galvin earned his B.A. in International Studies from Fairfield University, and resides in Middletown with his wife and daughters.
