Equity Placement: Eagle Mountain MOB Development

JLL Medical Properties Group (Capital Markets) is pleased to announce that it advised Fort Street Partners and Chestnut Healthcare Real Estate on the equity placement of the Eagle Mountain Medical Center development, a 24,655-square-foot medical office building in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Located at 4263 N Pony Express Parkway, the two-story, medical office building has strong pre-leasing momentum and is projected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025. Eagle Mountain Medical Center will be conveniently located off the busy intersection on Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Boulevard in a high-growth submarket of Salt Lake City.
The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Director CJ Kodani and Managing Director Mark Root.
