North Palm Beach, Florida, July 19, 2024 –AW Property Co., a real estate investment and operating company specializing in healthcare properties, is pleased to announce the hiring of Drew Hoffman as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hoffman serves o the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the strategic planning, managing and reporting on all fiscal and fiduciary affairs of the company.
Mr. Hoffman oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, accounting, tax planning and compliance and risk management for the company. Mr. Hoffman is a Certified Public Accountant and has over twenty years of finance, accounting and real estate experience. Prior to joining AW, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Turnberry, an owner, operator and developer with a real estate portfolio consisting of hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he served as an Audit Senior Manager and managed a portfolio of public and non-public clients with a focus in the real estate, retail, and consumer products industries.
AW is also pleased to announce the appointment of David Lebenson as Director of Portfolio Management. Mr. Lebenson joined AW in 2016 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lebenson serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s real estate investment funds and joint ventures. Mr. Lebenson oversees all aspects of fund and venture administration and performance, property level asset management and acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Lebenson has over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations and finance, having acquired and operated over $1.5 billion in healthcare real estate. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Lebenson served as Chief Financial Officer for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. During his fifteen-year tenure with the company, he served in a
variety of roles including senior vice president of finance, asset manager, and financial analyst.
