INDIANAPOLIS – (June 26, 2024) Bremner Healthcare Real Estate was proud to celebrate the topping out of the OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center at Norman Regional with a ceremony on Tuesday, June 25 at 10 a.m.
Leadership and staff from Bremner Healthcare Real Estate, Norman Regional Health and OU Health, HGA, and Manhattan Construction welcomed those attending the celebration.
When completed in 2025, this 48,000 square-foot building will combine a full spectrum of medical oncology and radiation oncology services under one roof. Project highlights include an underground tunnel to connect the on-campus facility with the main hospital, two linear accelerators to provide targeted and precise radiation therapy treatment, PET CT and CT Simulator, 24 infusion bays, exam rooms and physician offices. This project and partnership between OU Health and Norman Regional Health represents Stephenson Cancer Center’s first opportunity to begin expanding into a statewide network for the residents of Oklahoma.

This is Bremner’s fourth major project with Norman Regional Health. In late 2023, Bremner completed Norman Regional Nine, a 47,000-square-foot free-standing emergency department that replaced an aging hospital. Bremner is also in the process of completing a 135,000-square-foot ambulatory care center and a 750-car attached parking garage which opens in July 2024.
