News Release: CBRE Hires Alan Kirby as Leader of its Healthcare Services Group in Nashville

CBRE has hired Alan Kirby as Vice President and Leader of its Healthcare Services Group in Nashville. In this role, Mr. Kirby will focus on developing real estate strategies that align with CBRE’s top healthcare clients and representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of healthcare properties across the region.

Mr. Kirby will partner with CBRE’s Noble Judy in Nashville and its Advisory Services Healthcare  team in the U.S. providing Real Estate Transaction Services under the leadership of Chris Bodnar.

 

Mr. Kirby brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to CBRE. For the last 12 years, Mr. Kirby held pivotal positions with two of the nation’s largest publicly traded Outpatient Medical Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) managing a vast portfolio of over 40 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 17 states.
