The purpose-built projects encompass ~13,475 square feet each and are 100% leased to a dominant regional primary care practice with over 10 locations across Atlanta. Sabrina Solomiany, Mike Cerny, and Chris Meyer acted as the exclusive advisors to the practice. Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences secured a construction loan at highly competitive terms including above market leverage and a below market spread on a five-year term with 24 months of interest only and no prepayment penalty.
