GLENDALE, Ariz. – May 16, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has arranged the sale of a Class A two-story 31,350-square-foot office building in Glendale, Arizona. The now vacant freestanding building sold to an undisclosed owner/occupier for $5.375 million.
