Just Closed: Naperville MOB Portfolio

JLL Medical Properties Group (Capital Markets) is pleased to announce the sale of the Naperville MOB Portfolio comprised of two, off-campus, medical office buildings totaling 69,021 square feet with an average occupancy of 88%. Both buildings are located in the prominent western Chicago suburb of Naperville, IL.
Built in 1989, the Ogden Medical Office Building is a 50,083 square foot multi-tenant medical office building 87% leased to an excellent tenant mix including internal medicine, urology, pediatrics, neurology, endocrinology and laboratory services. Over 50 percent of the building is occupied by Duly Health and Care, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician-directed medical group in the Midwest.
The 95th Street Medical Office Building is a single-story, outpatient specialty care facility constructed in 1999. The 18,938 square foot multi-tenant medical office building is anchored by AdventHealth and offers patients a wide array of medical specialty providers including obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, podiatry, pathology and physical therapy. The building provides convenient access for the residents of Naperville with its location in the heart of one of the highest density residential areas in the city
