CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets is pleased to announce the financing of the Everest Healthcare Portfolio, a nine-property medical office portfolio located throughout the country. Zack Holderman, Jesse Greshin, Chris Bodnar and Trent Jemmett acted as exclusive advisors for FOSUN International, one of the largest multinational conglomerates in the world.

The nine assets totaled 435,179 SF and have a WALT of just under 5 years. Seven of the nine assets are located in top 50 MSAs. 78% of the Portfolio (by square footage) is located on or adjacent to a hospital campus, a major future driver for potential healthcare tenants. The tenant mix includes 52% hospitals and health systems, including investment grade tenancy such as RWJ Barnabas Health (Moody’s ‘AA3’), Tenet Health (Moody’s ‘B1’), Bon Secours (Moody’s A1) and LifePoint Health (Moody’s B2).

CBRE negotiated favorable terms with a non-recourse lender, including a highly competitive interest rate, flexible prepayment, full-term interest only and additional proceeds for future tenant improvements, leasing commissions and capital expenditures.
