The properties are located at 3850 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and 3770 Paddocks Parkway in Suwanee. Zeman sold the properties to GB Derm Medical, LLC and Safe Harbour Exchange, LLC on September 6, 2023 for $5,915,000. The properties were both fully occupied by Anne Arundel Dermatology at the time of sale.
