Fort Mill, SC (August 2023) – Vulcan Property Group is pleased to announce two new tenants coming to South Mill at Elizabeth. MPV is assisting the Landlord in leasing the project. The property is located at Fort Mill Parkway and Spratt Street, in Fort Mill, SC. Fort Mill Parkway is heavily travelled with planned widening to 4 lines in 2024. South Mill will be the first commercial component in the 1,300 home Elizabeth development under construction by Lennar.
Construction for this site has commenced with the first buildings delivering in Q1 of 2024.
The new tenants include: Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry and Town Square, an adult daycare.
There is ±19,868 SF of space available to lease, with spaces ranging from 1,500-9,000 SF.
“The southern side of Fort Mill is the fastest growing part of town with thousands of homes recently built or under construction along with multiple new schools, however the area lacks significant retail opportunities,” said Scott Watson, Partner with Fort Mill based Vulcan Property Group. “We’re excited to deliver the first retail space within the Elizabeth development.”
