CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets is pleased to announce the closing of Highlands Springs Medical Center (the “Property”), located in Beaumont, California. The team assisted Lon Mapes of LDM Commercial, who acted as the seller’s exclusive advisor.
Highland Springs Medical Center is a Class A, 86,224 square foot medical office building, currently 78% leased with Loma Linda University Health and their affiliated physician group, Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, leasing 55% of the building.
Loma Linda University Health (LLUH), originally founded in 1905, is the dominant healthcare provider in the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties). LLUH operates 6 hospitals in the Inland Empire. The development of a new 16- story hospital tower on the main campus in the City of Loma Linda, was completed in 2020. This 750-bed facility houses both the new adult hospital and Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. The facility also serves as the Level 1 Trauma Center for both Counties.
