LIVINGSTON, N.J., March 4, 2015 – Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, a leading real estate partner to health systems across the nation, announced today the opening of a new regional office in Livingston, N.J. The new office comes on the heels of significant growth for the company in the region over the past several years. Rendina now owns 135,000 square feet of medical office space in New Jersey, with another 130,000 square feet under construction and an additional 175,000 square feet in the planning stages.
This is the sixth office for the Florida-based developer. With more than 25 years of experience, including over 100 projects developed throughout 15 states, the move to establish a more permanent presence in the Northeast is a natural expansion step for Rendina.

The relationship was formed several years ago, when Rendina first collaborated with system leaders and formulated a plan that entailed a dramatic campus redevelopment for one of its leading hospitals.
