Development Fronting Highway 59 Slated for Completion in Fourth-Quarter 2015
MARCH 4, 2015 – HOUSTON) – Transwestern’s Houston headquarters today announces it has been awarded the leasing assignment by Horizon Development for a 38,600-square-foot medical office development located at 7619 Branford Place in Sugar Land. Construction on the Class A building is scheduled to begin by mid-March and should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. Strategically located in the Telfair residential community, the development fronts Highway 59 South just east of University Boulevard and is adjacent to Costco.
Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team of Tim Gregory, senior vice president, and Ashley Cassel, associate broker, will lease the building.
“Horizon’s distinct, modern design will attract tenants that appreciate quality architecture and building finishes,” said Cassel. “This strategic location will offer unobstructed visibility from Highway 59, very limited medical restrictions and a centralized location between all major hospitals. The site is an ideal location for surgery centers, imaging centers, medical clinics and physicians.”
