Scott & White Healthcare partnered with the Dallas office of commercial real estate firm to develop the 66,000-square-foot Marble Falls medical office building
MARBLE FALLS, Texas, June 4, 2013 – The new Duke Realty-developed Scott & White Specialty Clinic – Marble Falls in Marble Falls, Texas, recently opened for business. Scott & White Healthcare, which operates the largest multi-specialty physician group in the state, is leasing the building for its employed physicians as well as clinical outpatient services. The three-story, 66,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) is located on the campus of a planned 46-bed hospital at the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and State Highway 71, about 50 miles northwest of Austin. The MOB, which houses multiple primary care and specialty and diagnostic clinics, is owned by a Duke Realty Limited Partnership.

The architect for the facility was Jacobs Engineering Group, and the general contractor was DPR Construction.
