Mike Noto, Chief Strategy Office at Rendina and winner of the 2018 HREI Insights Awards Lifetime Achievement Award, accepted the award on behalf of Rendina at the GlobeSt Healthcare Real Estate Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The building was developed by Rendina with a grand opening in June of 2019 and has since provided the community with services that include cardiology, endocrinology, a diabetes center, neurology, orthopedics, spine health, rheumatology and urology. The MCC also houses a center for physical, occupational and speech therapy along with laboratory outpatient services.
