CBRE’s Investment Properties-So Cal/Phoenix team is pleased to announce the sale of The Forum at Gilbert Ranch, located at 1472-1530 South Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, Arizona, at a price of $20,480,000. The 92,453-square-foot, five-building campus was 93% leased at the time of sale.
Geoff Turbow, Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache, Doug Mack and Bryan Johnson of CBRE represented the seller, EverWest Real Estate Investors. The private buyer is based out of Chicago and Boston.
