October 24, 2019: Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate (“Catalyst HRE”), a national healthcare real estate developer, has announced the grand opening of a state-of-the-art orthopaedic medical office in Summerfield, FL. The newest location for The Orthopaedic Institute (“TOI”) will serve patients from The Villages, the nation’s fastest growing hometown. The approximate 19,000 square foot medical office building will open its doors to patients on October 28th.
Catalyst and The Orthopaedic Institute have formed a long-term partnership to serve the tremendous growth in the area. The medical office will provide comprehensive orthopaedic services such as physical therapy, along with advanced features that will include MRI, X-Ray, and C-Arm. In addition, this location will also offer Ortho Express, a walk-in clinic designed to quickly treat minor orthopaedic injuries.
