The multi-tenant project, totaling 16,765 square feet, transacted at a gross price of $4,100,000 ($245 PSF) and was 56% leased at the time of sale.
Gary Stache, Sammy Cemo, Doug Mack, Bryan Johnson and Michael Day of CBRE represented the seller, a private high-net-worth investor. The buyer was Redlands Community Hospital, a 229-bed hospital located directly across from the project.
