Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Ann spent 8 years with Cresa where she represented tenants in acquiring, disposing and restructuring their corporate real estate portfolios with a focus on medical and healthcare real estate service delivery. Prior to Cresa, Ann spent 3 years as a Vice President of corporate real estate services with CBRE. For 15 years prior to CBRE, Ann served as a senior broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Denver where she represented tenants in leasing transactions for office, retail, industrial and corporate real estate work. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
