The Property is 94% leased including 63% leased to Northside Hospital with two suites, and 31% leased to Northwest ENT and Allergy Center, a regional physician group comprised of seven physicians and four audiologists. Northwest ENT specializes in both the medical and surgical care of both adult and pediatric patients for a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and neck conditions. Their space includes a surgery center with 2 operating rooms in addition to clinical space.
