Gracious Living takes 8,000 sf in Charlotte, NC
Charlotte, NC (November, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce that Gracious Living Adult Day & Health Care Center has signed a new lease for 8,000 SF at 16630 Northcross Drive in Charlotte, NC. This will be a relocation from a nearby smaller space for Gracious Living ADHCC, who provides a program to help seniors stay active and involved in their communities. The facility is located directly west from I-77 Exit 25 / Sam Furr Road.
Mark Newell with MPV acted as the broker for the landlord, and Will Robertson with Flagship Healthcare Properties acted as the broker for the tenant.
