News Release: Anchor Health Properties Hires Key Asset Manager to Support Growing East Coast Portfolio

Anchor Health Properties (Anchor), a national, full-service healthcare real estate development, management and investment company focused solely on medical facilities, is pleased to announce that healthcare real estate veteran Jeffrey J. Zaleon has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Asset Management. 

In his new role at Anchor, Mr. Zaleon is responsible for leading the firm’s operations for Eastern US investments, as well as supporting underwriting and due diligence efforts on new firm medical office investments. 

“Jeff’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Anchor,” said Ben Ochs, Chief Executive Officer. “He brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare real estate industry and we are confident that he will enhance new and existing relationships and investments as we continue to build upon our medical portfolio.” 

Mr. Zaleon has over 20 years of experience as an accomplished finance and real estate professional specializing in asset, financial, and transaction management of healthcare real estate. Previous key roles held include Senior Vice President with LaSalle Investment Management, Chief Financial Officer with a regional commercial real estate developer, investor and manager, and Corporate Director of Real Estate with Acosta Sales & Marketing. 

Mr. Zaleon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a North Carolina Real Estate License and is a CPA (inactive).
