JLL adds premier healthcare brokerage team in Southern California

JLL continues to build its healthcare services team in the Southwest. Today, the firm has added experts Bryan Lewitt, as Managing Director, Chris Isola as Executive Vice President, Evan Lewitt and Kellie Hill as Senior Associates and Julia Dardick as Client Services Specialist. As a leading healthcare brokerage team in Southern California, they provide leasing, investment sales and real estate strategies to hospitals, sub-acute facilities, senior housing developments, medical groups healthcare systems and owners of healthcare real estate in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

Bryan Lewitt and his team are the latest additions to the firm’s expanding Southwest healthcare services practice. Mari Lederman and Katie McIntyre joined the practice in JLL’s Phoenix office in late 2017.  Additionally, JLL acquired CLEO Construction Management a few years back. The recent additions further strengthen JLL’s healthcare services team in the Southwest which also include healthcare real estate team experts Paul Braun, Chris Ross and Kelly Moriarty in San Diego and Rob Perez who oversees JLL’s Healthcare Solutions group in the West region.  Overall, JLL’s Southwest healthcare services team provides brokerage, construction management, property management and investment sales services throughout Southern California and Phoenix.

Lewitt brings more than 30 years of healthcare real estate experience with a focus on complex healthcare real estate transactions including portfolio optimization, built-to-suit development, real estate syndications and leases with equity. Throughout his career he has completed transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion. He is currently a member of California Hospital’s Medical Centers Foundation Board of Governors and has been involved in various boards with Providence Healthcare Services, Providence Tarzana Medical Center and Motion Picture Television Fund. He frequently serves as a speaker on healthcare real estate at industry conferences.

With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Isola has represented a broad range of healthcare organizations, with a focus on regional health systems, medical office building owners, and non-clinical occupiers. In Southern California’s rapidly changing healthcare environment, he provides clarity for strategic and timely decision-making through an in-depth understanding of industry best practices and unparalleled market knowledge. He currently serves on the Eisner Health Foundation Board and is an Endowment Circle member of the UCLA Ziman Center Real Estate Alumni Group.
