Medical office vacancies fell for the sixth consecutive year to a new low of 7.3 percent

Coming off a record year for medical office building (MOB) sales in 2017, there is no doubt that demand remains extremely strong from a wide variety of investors for the product type. In fact, demand is so strong that pricing is expected to remain at current high levels for the immediate future despite rising interest rates.
