HRE firm chosen as co-developer of an 85,000 square foot MOB in Milford, Del.
Anchor Health Properties is partnering with Bayhealth on the development of an 85,000 square foot MOB on the future $300 million Bayhealth Sussex Campus in Milford, Del. The MOB is scheduled to open in 2020.

A future healthcare campus under construction on the outskirts of Milford, Del., has been designed to provide medical services for residents in the central and southern part of the state for the next 100 years.
