Firm expanded Minnesota project twice after construction was already underway
A significant accomplishment was that Davis expanded the Health East Clinic & Specialty Center twice after construction began to meet increased tenant demand yet was still able to complete the facility within 30 days of the original target date.
Working with Minneapolis-based healthcare real estate developer Davis, the HealthEast system identified on-campus and off-campus ambulatory services, both owned and affiliated, to consolidate into a one-stop destination ambulatory facility adjacent to its Maplewood, Minn., hospital campus.
