Fairfield Advisors announces sale of Northside Medical Office Building in Pell City, AL. – $9,340,000 Transaction 

January 10, 2018 – (Denver, CO. and Birmingham AL. ) – Fairfield Advisors, a national Real Estate Advisory firm focused on the HealthCare marketplace, facilitated the sale of the Northside Medical Office Building located at 70 Plaza Drive in Pell City, AL.  The medical building totals 30,000 square feet and was built in 2012.  The medical building in anchored by Northside Medical Associates which is one of the premier multi-specialty medical practice groups in the Birmingham-area.  Northside Medical Associates agreed to enter into a long term, NNN lease as part of the transaction.  The Medical Building is located in close proximity to the Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital
