The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group is pleased to announce the sale of the San Diego Medical Office Portfolio (the “Portfolio”). Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of the CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group teamed with Dan Yeilding in the San Diego market to act as the Seller’s exclusive advisors.
The Portfolio consists of two, trophy medical office buildings (MOBs) in San Diego, California that total approximately 101,268 rentable square feet and are 84% leased to some of the most prominent healthcare providers in the San Diego market. The offering provides a stable cash flow alongside an excellent opportunity to create value through the lease-up of the vacant space.
