OUTPATIENT PROJECTS: Mercy Health-Toledo begins developing $56.3 million hospital, surgical center and MOB

TOLEDO, Ohio – Mercy Health-Toledo recently broke ground on a new $56.3 million, 101,000 square foot hospital, surgical center and medical office building (MOB), according to the local Toledo Blade newspaper The new facility will be built in Perrysburg, about 11 miles southwest of Toledo, and will feature primary and specialty care under one roof.
