Faith Regional Health Services plans to expand its campus footprint with the addition of a 109,000 square foot medical office building located directly south of Norfolk Avenue.  The land was purchased by Faith Regional Health Services for future development in 1999 and over the last three years has been part of ongoing discussions as strong recruitment efforts continue and the need for additional clinic space rises.

The new building will be a multi-specialty physician center that will allow Faith Regional Health Services to move forward with its strategic plan to organize key service lines while accommodating current services and supporting future growth and expansion as new healthcare opportunities are identified to enhance services for patients.

Development of the south medical offices building will allow Faith Regional Health Services to deliver more convenient, patient-centered care and the close proximity to the West Campus provides access to a continuous patient flow, improves care delivery and will enhance the overall patient experience.

“Faith Regional is committed to providing high-quality, accessible medical care to the region,” said Mark Klosterman, President and CEO of Faith Regional Health Services.  “This new medical office building will enable us to offer additional services on one campus making it convenient for our patients to access the care they need.”

“The Faith Regional Health Services Board continues to support investments that help attract and retain top-tier providers who will provide outstanding care for our patients, closer to home, said John Dinkel, President of Faith Regional’s Board. “This new facility will be extremely convenient for patient access.”

“The new medical office building is a big step towards offering more advanced medical services to Northeast Nebraska,” said Craig Boche, President of Lutheran Community Hospital Association’s Board.

Construction is set to begin in September with an anticipated completion date of the first quarter in 2019.
