HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies is planning a new 189-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Hendersonville, a Nashville suburb. The $48.5 million Clarendale at Indian Lake is planned for an 11-acre parcel the development firm recently acquired for an undisclosed price.
