(Des Plaines, Illinois) – The Missner Group is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected for a substantial renovation and expansion project at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) located at 111 N. Canal Street in Chicago.

The renovations planned for the Canal Street offices will create a comfortable, modern, state-of-the-art medical space from which IBJI can better serve their clients.”
The 2,900 square foot expansion and renovation project for IBJI will consist of extensive interior improvements including the creation of an open ceiling plan throughout the space, the construction of a new physical therapy gym, private therapy suites, a sleek and modernized reception area, coupled with upgraded bathroom facilities. In addition, new paint and flooring will be incorporated throughout the space, which will also feature intricate and custom millwork.
Heath Yarger is the project manager and Steve Bulger is the project superintendent for The Missner Group. Stephen Rankin Associates is providing the architectural services. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2017.
