DENVER, COLORADO, April 6, 2017 – National Healthcare Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Mike Wood who has joined the company in the capacity of Executive Vice President of Design & Construction. Prior to joining National Healthcare Realty, Mr. Wood served as national Director of Healthcare Market Development for Oldcastle, Inc., an international building products organization.
In this new role, Mr. Wood will oversee all national design, construction, and project management efforts for the firm’s ground-up development projects.

Mr. Wood holds graduate degrees in Organization Development, Business Administration and Medicine, as well as undergraduate degrees in Business Management, Physics and Radiologic Technology. He is a certified Coach, Facilitator, CHC and CFM. Additionally, Mr. Wood holds certifications and licenses in several professions including healthcare project management, facilities management, healthcare construction and real estate brokerage.
Mr. Wood is the current President of the Healthcare Institute as well as President of CAHED in Colorado.
He will be based in the in the firm’s Corporate Office in Denver, Colorado.
